Lord Howe Island

Located in Australia's Tasman Sea in the vast of South Atlantic. Paradise where people live only about 100-300 people, and also the filming location for the movie thrillers like 'The Shallows, too.


Lord Howe Island is a small island located in the Tasman Sea. As part of the South Atlantic region in New South Wales, Australia. Away from the coastal town of Port Macquarie, New South Wales. Over a distance of about 600 kilometers and takes flight from Sydney. New South Wales Or Brisbane Queensland for about two hours.

Sits alone in the middle of vast sea. That makes this disturbance from humans and prosperity of the very few marine ecosystems and nature on the island is still beautiful, perfect. The island is one of the world treasure.




The island has a crescent-shaped, with length of about 11 kilometers and width of about 3 kilometers with a population of 100-300 people, no public transport. No phone signal on the island, so bikes are a transport for all visitors. The island is small, but has a natural beautiful sightseeing stops along the shores.

Around the island, the sea is crystal clear. Blue crystal clear coral reef. There are more than 50 beautiful diving spots await enthusiasts can explore the underwater world. The island also has a white sandy beach. Smooth sand, Soft touch, a promenade lying among the guests. You can hear the sound of seabirds around the island all day ... imagine how quiet  and tranquil it can be :)

If you want to see the Lord Howe Island  high angle you are able to walk up Mount Gower which is the highest peak on the island. With a height of 875 meters, a distance of about 14 kilometers on both sides are filled with plants and many animals. When walking up to the viewpoint, then you'll know how much it's worth the sweat to lose up here. The image of the vast blue sea front. Along with the pure fresh air and cool breeze, wow! It's Pure heaven.

Other activities that are popular with tourists such as snorkelling and diving, Stand-up paddle boarding, bird watching, fishing, boating, kayaking, and surfing boards and so on.







And abundant natural beauty of the island of Lord Howe Island, making this world know as a World Heritage Site recorded by UNESCO organization in 1982 to allow only 400 tourists to visit at a time. It's also became part of the filming of the film ' The Shallows'
