Things to do at Mt Tambourine, Queensland

I stumble upon this beautiful mountain back in 2014 when I and my family moved back to Australia. We decided to visit this place and it turn out to be such a beautiful town, up high in the Tambourine ranges near Gold Coast, Australia

According to Wikipedia Tamborine Mountain is a 28 km² plateau and locality in the Scenic Rim local government area of South East Queensland, Australia. Tamborine Mountain had a population of 7,030 people"

I remembered the first time I was there, it was in the summer time but the temperature was around 20 old degree Celsius. And yes we did get ice-cream and had to explore this country town. This town has more than you think.

Firstly amazing view from up above the sky, scenic view of Brisbane city from one end and Gold Coast from the other. It is such a beautiful place to visit during the summer time.

Wine yard is a must visit for those who loves wine and great food, if you feel slightly more adventurous you might fancy taking a tour during the tasting season that they offer.

If you are more active you might want to check out walking tracks, or even extravagance hot air balloon for those who are not scared of heights"

Southern Cross 4WD even offer you an adventure of a life time, exploring through the Tambourine hinterland, if that is something you fancy. (Link: http://sc4wd.com.au/)
